She carried out legal review and restructuring transactions on behalf of these companies; she has guided the legal processes of many companies with domestic and foreign capital.<\/p><p>Seda \u015eahin Bayraktar, who has expertise in commercial and corporate law, contract law and real estate law, is both the founding partner of Sas Veritas and the head of the legal and compliance departments. As a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Law, she is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association.
